This is a simple utility to fix some common problems with the AT&T U-Verse NVG510 modem. This is just for convenience. If you want to do it yourself for free, follow the directions at http://ift.tt/1dOLqnh

Included options:

* Enabling/Disabling of Telnet

* Enabling/Disabling True Bridge Mode on port 1

* Fixing the "/cgi-bin/redirect.ha" or "Potential Connection Issue" annoyance

* Enable UPnP (useful for gaming to get an Open NAT type)

* Remote factory reset and rebooting

* NVG589 (possibly works. Many reports of it not working though)

NOTE: This utility is NOT supported by AT&T in any manner. If you have problems with your modem after using this utility, you should do a factory reset before contacting AT&T to ensure that the problem is with your modem's hardware or AT&T's lines, and not a bug caused by this application.

To access the shell from telnet after using this program, you just have to connect to your modem's IP address and use port 28. The username is "admin" and the password is your modem's access code(written on the box). From there you can just use the command `!` to break to a root shell.

If you encounter any problems with the application, such as not owning an NVG510 (or can't get it to work on the NVG589), you can contact me and I will give a full refund, no questions asked.
